To setup Heysender in Golden Planet, there are a few things we need to do first.
Firstly we must setup a domain on our Heysender account. Once the domain has been created, you need to setup the SPF and DKIM, this is done within your hosting providers admin panel. If you are using Golden planet for DNS. Read their guide here
Now that we have a domain, and the DNS records setup, we need to create an SMTP user in Heysender. Once we have created out SMTP user, we head on over to the Golden Planet admin panel.
Now head to Tools > E-mail use my own SMTP

Now add your SMTP credentials

SMTP Host: smtp.heysender.com
SMTP Port: can be set to either: 25,2525 or 587(recommended)
SMTP Username: The username you created in Heysender
SMTP Password: The password you were presented with upon creating the user.
Be aware when generating a new password. If the SMTP user is setup in another system, the new password will stop that from working
SMTP Security: tls
Once credentials have been setup in Golden planet, click Save changes, now you can test the connection.
If your credentials are correctly setup you should receive the following message:
Successfully connected and authenticated with the SMTP server.
Now your transactional emails will start flowing through Heysender, and you should see them on the dashboard.
